Raising a new version of myself with the tools I wish I had as a child 🫶🏼

I didn’t even learn about the term “anxiety” until my late teens. I only started mediating in my late 20’s. Even now in my mid 30’s I’m still learning new tools and how the mind works.

It’s important to me that I teach these calming and mindfulness exercises to my kids at a young age.
