Homemade Sorbet Recipe – Takes less than 2 minutes to make – The Happy Pear

Today we’re going to show you how to make Homemade Sorbet in LESS that 2 minutes!!! In Ireland you don’t know if the sun is coming or going to it’s always handy to have an emergency sunny day treat ready to go. Raspberries are coming into season so it’s handy if you keep your extras in the freezer so none go to waste, you can do this with any fruit of your choice. Experiment and let us know what you come up with. 😀

Recipe:
500g Raspberries
5 TBS of Maple Syrup
1 Tin of Coconut Milk

Don’t forget to add a bit of dark chocolate if you want to too.
