Have you heard of Scarpaccia? This was the most delicious Tuscan savoury tart ๐Ÿ’š We used courgette (zucchini) which we harvested from @thehappypear.farm and it was such a delicious way to use seasonal produce ๐ŸŒฟ Traditionally this would be made with cornmeal but since we werenโ€™t able to get our hands on it yesterday we adapted the recipe and it still tasted so delicious!
