Have you heard of Scarpaccia? This was the most delicious Tuscan savoury tart πŸ’š We used courgette (zucchini) which we harvested from @thehappypear.farm and it was such a delicious way to use seasonal produce 🌿 Traditionally this would be made with cornmeal but since we weren’t able to get our hands on it yesterday we adapted the recipe and it still tasted so delicious!
