This week we team up with the wonderful Lisa Dawson, she’s here from Clear Spring her familys amazing business. They’ve been filling shelves with umami goodness and other great products for the past 25 years. Dave was especially excited to get one step closer to having his own Tamari processing plant.
We made an amazing shredded jackfruit “pulled pork” burger with a mushroom and tofu based sauce. It’s such an explosion of asian flavours.
