Impress for less with this melt in the mouth Piri Piri Pork Belly Recipe complete with perfectly crisp crackling. A bay leaf and paprika oil infuses the meat with incredible flavour and chunks of sweet potato, chilli, garlic and passata forms a punchy Piri Piri sauce. Cooked low and slow and topped with rosemary this tender meat is best served with rice and a simple chopped salad.
