We’re super excited about this recipe! We went to a restaurant called Silo in Brighton, the U.K’s first waste free restaurant, we met the chefs and ate one of the best meals we ever had, for dessert we had this chocolate mousse and it blew our mind how easy it was to make.
Sorry we don’t have a written recipe for this! We’re currently working on an updated and improved version which will feature in our new book (to be launched in Spring 2018)… So please bear with us until then!
