RECIPE BELOW 👇 Sausage rolls were the ultimate party food growing up — and this plant-based twist brings all that comfort and nostalgia, without the meat! The secret ingredient here is our Sundried Tomaot Pesto which packs a real flavour punch! Full recipe link in bio!

Ingredients:
    •    1 sheet vegan puff pastry (320g)
    •    1 red onion
    •    250g oyster mushrooms
    •    100g cashews
    •    100g sundried tomato pesto
    •    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    •    3 tbsp maple syrup
    •    2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
    •    50ml oat milk
    •    1 tbsp oil
    •    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    •    Pinch salt & pepper
    •    

Sauté onions & mushrooms in oil until soft. Add tamari, balsamic, maple, cashews & pesto — cook till sticky. Blend till smooth-ish. Shape into sausages & wrap in puff pastry. Brush with oat milk, sprinkle sesame seeds & bake at 200°C for 20 m
