- ¾ cup tomato sauce
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ⅓ cup water
