Crispy, crunchy, and naturally sweetened – plus my kids can’t stop eating it by the handful! No refined sugar and ready in under 30 minutes.
**INGREDIENTS**
– 1 cup walnuts or pecans
– 1 cup sliced almonds
– ½ cup macadamia nuts
– ⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
– ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
– 2 tbsp flaxseeds
– 2 tbsp hemp seeds
– ¼ cup coconut oil
– 2–4 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– ½ tsp cinnamon
– Pinch of sea salt
**How I make it:**
Pulse walnuts/pecans and macadamia nuts in a food processor a few times for chunky or finer texture.
Melt coconut oil in a small saucepan and stir in maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt.
Mix all dry ingredients into a large bowl, add in wet mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake at 325°F for 20-22 minutes until golden.
Let cool completely on the pan before breaking up into chunks.
Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks or freezer for 1-2 months. Enjoy! 🍪
