I am big on switching negative phrases around food to positive ones and this one phrase has made a big change in our household. 🍽️

Make meal time and trying new foods with your kids a positive experience. Teaching them that just because they don’t enjoy the taste of something today doesn’t mean they won’t like it forever.

Sage (my 4 year old) came to me the other day and told me now likes kiwi 🥝 and explained how she use to not like it but as she’s getting better she’s liking more foods. She also told me that she’s still learning to like tomatoes but maybe when she’s big like me she’ll like it 🥹
