How To: Cook Spaghetti Squash | Gluten Free & Vegan Recipes

Spaghetti Squash is the best thing since slice bread in my opinion since its basically natures spaghetti! A lot of people are intimidated (like I was) with this root vegetable and I wanted to show you how easy it is to cook it up and use it in your next pasta recipe.

ps. I have an amazing roasted red pepper and tomato marinara sauce coming this week that will work great with spaghetti squash.
