This is my favorite method for making Jollof rice, West Africa’s most popular dish. This spicy, super flavorful rice dish is usually made as a side dish, but it’s more than satisfying enough to served as a main course. Enjoy!
PLEASE NOTE: After you add the sauce to the rice, TURN HEAT TO HIGH to bring to a simmer! The caption is wrong. Sorry, but this is my first mistake in 15 years.
