POWER PROTEIN TRAILMIX
Wet
1 egg white
1 tbsp coconut oil melted
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of sea salt
Dry
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried chopped arpicots
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts for topping
BAKE @ 350F for 15 min (tossing half way through)
