Simple Ingredients

BISCUIT DOUGH – Pillsbury biscuit dough is perfect for this recipe. The biscuits are so flaky and buttery and easy. Just open the can separate the biscuits and the topping is ready to go.

THE FILLING – This is a super way to use up leftover turkey. Just chop it into bite-sized pieces, add the veggies and soup. Easy peasy filling!

Recipe Variations

  • Is the Turkey all gone? Replace it with shredded chicken or use ground turkey or chicken. Can’t find Pillsbury dough at the grocery store? Replace it with a pie crust or puff pastry, both will work wonderfully with this recipe.
  • Use any leftover veggies in place of the frozen vegetables. Broccoli, corn, mushrooms, peas, and potatoes are all easy replacements.
  • Cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup can both be used in place of the cream of chicken soup.
  • Fresh herbs will make a flavorful addition or substitution to the poultry seasoning. Remember 1 teaspoon dried herbs is equivalent to about 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, so measure accordingly.
