BREAKFAST
Strawberries & Cream Chia Pudding (10 min)
– 2 tbsp chia seeds
– ½ tsp vainilla extract
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 2 tbsp coconut milk yogurt
– 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
– sprinkle of cinnamon

Toppings: handful of fresh strawberries & ¼ cup of gluten-free granola (recipe for granola here: http://bit.ly/2vborSB )

LUNCH

SNACK
Carrots & Hummus
Watermelon with Lime

DINNER:
Chicken Teriyaki Sheet Pan
Sauce:
– ¼ cups low sodium soy sauce
– 3 tbsp honey
– 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
-1/2 lemon juiced
– 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
– 1 tbsp arrowroot flour (can sub for cornstarch)
– 2 tbsp water
-1/2 tsp sesame seeds

Chicken & Veggies:
– 10 organic chicken drumsticks
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 2 cups baby carrots
– 1 red bell pepper chopped
-sea salt and pepper to taste
