    chicken broth
  • 1

    cream cheese
  • ½
    teaspoon
    garlic powder
  • ½
    teaspoon
    onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Melt cream cheese in a large saucepan over medium heat with the onion and garlic powder.

  2. Slowly incorporate the chicken broth and milk while whisking and bring to a simmer.

  3. Add mashed potatoes and bring to a slow boil over medium heat. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese.
